From the start to the finish we had no problems. Great Lakes Pool & Spa helped design the perfect pool and we absolutely love it. On a few occasions even the owner Randy came out to our house and checked on the progress. We know they are a busy company, but we always felt like their top priority. You approached our project by building us a pool that represents your reputation as a pool builder. That approach was very much appreciated by us. In addition to the attention to detail you exhibited, we also very much appreciated your hands on approach to our project.



It is rare that an owner stays involved in a project after a contract to hire has been executed. However, not only were you often on the project working on construction directly. You also remained our point of contact for any questions or concerns we may have had. Each time we had questions, you were always prompt to respond often on weekends.

The employees at Great Lakes were helpful in explaning the pool’s operation, maintenance and care. The free water testing that Great Lakes provides, along with their expertise in the use of correct chemicals needed to keep pool water sparkling, safe and properly balanced is invaluable. We have thoroughly enjoyed our beautiful pool the past three Summers.

We absolutely love our pool and appreciate the advice and professional guidance given to us. Randy took the time to explain the progression and timeline process.
